How we handle the personal data you provide through this site.

1. Data controller

3. Personal data we process

  • Identification and contact: name, phone, email (optional) and preferred contact method.
  • About your request: the service you're asking about, your general situation (for example, whether this would be your first evaluation, you already have a diagnosis, or you want a second opinion) and what you'd like to do next.
  • Technical visit data: the page you submitted from, your landing page, referring site, campaign parameters (UTM), language and the date you gave consent.

4. Sensitive personal data

The service you're interested in and your general situation may reveal information about your health, so they are treated as sensitive personal data. We only process them with your express consent, given by checking the box before submitting the form. We do not ask for diagnoses, test results or descriptions of symptoms on this site.

5. Primary purposes

  • Responding to your request for information or a consultation.
  • Contacting you through your preferred method.
  • Coordinating and following up on your consultation.

6. Secondary purposes

Preparing internal, aggregated statistics about how people contact us, without identifying you. We do not use your data to send you advertising or promotions. You may opt out of this secondary purpose using the contact method in section 10; doing so will not affect your request.

7. Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for their own use, except where the law allows or requires it.

8. Service providers

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts this site and stores form submissions. Its servers may be located outside Mexico.
  • Google: the location map only loads if you ask for it, and Google may then process browsing data under its own privacy policy. If we enable Google Analytics in the future, it will only load with your consent and will never receive your name, phone, email or health data.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

This site does not use advertising cookies. It uses browser storage to remember your cookie choice and, during your visit, how you arrived. See the Cookie policy; you can change your preferences at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.

10. Your rights (ARCO), withdrawing consent and limiting use

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, to withdraw your consent and to limit its use or disclosure. Your request should include your name, a way to send you the response, documents proving your identity (or your representative's) and a clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
